I couldn’t find documentation about watchdog on Meadow. Does it have a watchdog? How to use it? Can I use it to reset Meadow if it gets stuck?

Is there an API call to reset / restart Meadow? There seems to be a command to reset the device via Meadow CLI. And of course there is also the RST pin.
