Netduino Updater crashes

I have a new Netduino 3 Wifi. When I start the Netduino Update (v 1.0.2) it showes me “STM Device”.I Click on “options” and I choose the product “Netduino 3 Wi-fi”. After that the program crashes. There is no link “Chance” as describet in an other topic.
Whe I thake an other device, it works fine.

What can I do?

I tried it on an other PC. Here it works but I get an error “Could not erase sector”.
What does it mean?
