Just dug out Meadow again having not played with it for many months.
Updated the OS to the latest version.
Created a stock Meadow application (did not change any code).
Built without error but on deploy I get:

Have erased the flash with the CLI tools but no matter what I do, I cannot deploy to the board.
Thoughts ?
