Could you please point me to any available instructions or examples of how to deploy firmware updates to the Meadow without requiring Visual Studio. Are there any code samples of how a windows .Net application could perform firmware updates to Meadow devices? Is there any system available for supporting OTA deployment of new firmware to Meadow devices?

Any day now. We just need to figure out why we broke debugging on the internal build. 
Is this feature tied to or limited to the new Meadow Cloud? I’d like to be able to OTA update without internet access.
