Cooked the 3V3 regulator?

I had a LiPo plugged into my Meadow board and noticed that the 3-pin plus tab device was getting very hot !
I now don’t have 5V or 3V3 on the rails when the USB is plugged in.
Can you tell me what the device is and I can try replacing it and bringing my board back from the dead ?

The regulator on the rev 1.c and 1.d boards is the LM1117MPX-3.3.
